PESHAWAR: A trans-woman from Peshawar has been tortured by Police officials of Pishtakhra Police Station on Thursday, over not paying the regular Rs1000 to them that transgender people are supposed to pay every day.
According to the reports, she was dragged on the road and sexually molested while her clothes were torn apart and she was wounded and bruised all over her body.
Trans-community members have asked for justice and want such police officials to get arrested who not only take their hard-earned money but also beat them up if they disagree to do so.
